Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center, New York

All the area of the hotel are very well maintained and everything was very clean. Also there are water stations to re-charge your water bottles, and also bottles available if you need to take one. There is station downstairs with complementary coffee and tea. We got an upgrade and the room that we stayed in was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable

Location and view from room

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice being so close to so many interesting sites, such as the WTC, the 911 Memorial, and Wall Street. They were prompt about replacing the shower head when notified of the problem. The staff was nothing but pleasant & helpful, and they were helpful in retrieving my husband's cap after we checked out & mailing it to us.

Great location right next to the World Trade Center with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit with a small balcony overlooking the city. Hot water on demand and a reasonable cleaning schedule. Amenities like ironing board, iron, and hair drier were available in the room as well as a drying clean service was offered. I also liked that there are multiple subway stations nearby so moving around Manhattan is very simple and getting to and from JFK airport is quite easy as well.
